The Heart of the City Music & Arts Festival is a free, family-friendly celebration of music and arts that amplifies local talent, nurtures community spirit, and offers a welcoming space for creative expression. For over 20 years, we’ve been showcasing the voices of musicians, poets, and performers in the heart of Edmonton, fostering a vibrant cultural atmosphere for all to enjoy.

We acknowledge that this festival is held on Treaty 6 territory, the  modern, traditional and ancestral lands of the Cree and Dene peoples. We also acknowledge the presence of the Metis Nation of Alberta, Otipemisiwak, within the historical Northwest Homeland.
