Heart of the City's Indigenous Fashion Show and Clothing Drive (Dec 12, 2021)

Heart of the City is pleased to be hosting our first Indigenous Fashion Show, clothing drive and dance party!

We are also partnering with NGO Nék̓em to provide an Indigenous dinner.

Featuring emerging designer, Acahkos Designs, Aunty Erin and Heather Bouchier Design.

Sunday December 12th

Parkdale Cromdale Community League

Doors at 4:00 pm,

Dinner at 5 pm,

Fashion Show at 6:30 pm

Dance party to follow!

The event is free and open to the community, but we have very limited capacity, so we ask that you please register with Eventbrite to ensure you can get in.

If you are able, please bring donations of new socks and underwear and gently used clothing especially winter gear like gloves, toques and winter coats. The donated clothing will be distributed to houseless folks by Nèkem.
